Thank you for shopping with Sincerely for Heroes! We’re proud to help you stay connected with your loved ones, wherever they are. Below is our shipping policy to help guide your experience.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24 hours to update after your package is picked up by USPS.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS volume, weather, or destination factors—especially for overseas military locations. Other factors such as continued delivery from the military hub to the actual location of the service member can cause extended delivery time as well.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses 

Sincerely for Heroes proudly ships to military addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS. Please ensure that APO/FPO/DPO addresses are entered correctly at checkout. 

Please note there are some APO/FPO/DPO regions that do not accept packages. If the address you provide is identified as one of these we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship our packages through the USPS as is required to all AFO/DPO/FPO addresses.  Shipping times below are estimates for arrival at main hubs, not necessarily to the location of the end user. Delivery delays can occur, due to weather, peak seasons and/or USPS disruptions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

  • We do not ship any hazardous or restricted items (liquids, ammunition, weapons, batteries, acids, alcohols, tobacco, cigarettes and more). 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please reach out to us at customercare@sincerelyforheroes.com. We’ll do our best to assist with navigating issues involving APO/FPO/FPO shipments.
