My hand, goes to my heart - goes to my flag - goes to those who serve.
I have always felt lucky to live in the United States of America. Very often you will see tears in my eyes when I hear the National Anthem. It is by the hand of God that I live in this country and I am forever grateful for that and all that it means. I understand that there are those who choose to stand for us, those who choose to fight for us so that we can enjoy all that we have and all that we have the freedom to choose to do.
I had spent 18 years in charge of a best in class customer care department and now I was trying to decide what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Then it hit me, and Sincerely for Heroes was the answer!
I could take my knowledge of the harmonization codes, country of origin markings, customs paperwork for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and my experience running a customer care department and make it easy for families/friends to send packages that contain items that might bring some laughter, a moment of comfort, or an item for wellness our service members don’t have.
I could help someone send love and a hug, and in the sending I could help them feel closer to the one that they miss.
For the last 3 months or so, it has been nothing but ideas, logistics, sourcing, computer work and creativity to make it come alive. It has been fun, challenging, and yes a bit overwhelming - but oh so worth it.
By the way, I could not have done this without my amazing social media manager and content creator, Fiori.
Also, a HUGE thank you to my husband, Jack. His belief in me, to take a shot at this…I am grateful and proud to have you at my side.

Moments. Moments in time can bring caring, love and support to anyone. They bring appreciation and acknowledgement of all that they are giving of themselves - and their loved ones as well. That is what I am offering.
Take a moment to find items to send to your loved one. Something special, something comforting; something simply because you want to. We will package those items in a way to present as a gift, not just a box in the mail. We will make sure your love comes with the package and make sure that it is shipped correctly to arrive as quickly as it can.
Helping you take care of our heroes is how I have found a way to show my support and my gratitude to them for all that they do; and every sale, every shipment, gives me my moments too.

Fast-forward to 2026. We have big plans to expand our site to include all of our other heroes as well. We will be working on sections for the heroes in our neighborhoods, cities and all over our country. Police, Emergency Personnel, Fire Fighters, First Responders! We will be honoring all of them as well!
