Our policies are basic and easy - we will do whatever we can to make it right!
Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund. We realize it can take a while for the items shipped to be received, so the request starts from the day the product is received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any food items, personal care items or sale items.
To start a return, please send an email to customercare@sincerelyforheroes.com and we can send you a prepaid return label, which you can put on the same box you received the product and ship it back. Once we are notified the box is in transit we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order.
Damages or issues
Things happen! We want to make fixing it as easy as possible.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can figure out how to make it right.
Exchanges
Again, we want to make things as easy as possible. If you need an exchange, please email the details to customercare@heroes.com. Please specify the issue and what you would like to exchange it for. We will reply to your email and include a prepaid return label. To get you your replacement as quickly as possible, once we are notified that the box is in transit, we will ship out your replacement item.
Terms of Service I will accept and publish the template provided.
Shipping Policy
Sincerely for Heroes is responsible for getting your order to the carrier in the time promised. Once packages are in the hands of the carrier we no longer have control of exact timing to deliver.
All orders will ship within 3 business days of placement of a completed order.
We ship all orders complete. If an order has a backordered item we will work with you to identify the best alternative; or we will hold the order as a priority to fill and ship when the item becomes available or we will cancel the order. We will work with you to take care of you as best we can. Our goal is to make all of our customers happy.
ALL APO/FPO/DPO military addresses must ship USPS.

These shipments can range from 7-21 days on average (possibly longer based on where the service member is located)

We can only track our shipments to the point where it arrives at the military hub. It is then handled by the Military Postal Service to transport it to the destination country/base. Military or Embassy personnel then handle the arrangement of the local delivery.

There is a Priority Mail Express Military Service that can be faster, but it is not available for all destinations.
